Beef Heart

With more protein per ounce than most beef cuts and packed with vitamins and minerals, beef heart is really just lean muscle and doesn't have the metallic flavors of some other organ meats! Roast, grill, or braise for a seriously flavorful meal!

Heart will be cut in half and vacuum-sealed, as required by USDA regulations.
