This marinade recipe is a tried and true Bootheel 7 Ranch family favorite! It works especially well to tenderize cuts of beef like flank steak, skirt steak, and sirloin bavette before grilling. This recipe is for 2 large cuts of beef (think 2-3lb flank steak cut in half), so adjust accordingly for smaller proportions.
