Trisket!

Love that there is a fat cap on these tri-tips to cook them like a brisket. Great size

We enjoy this more than steak!

Love the flavor and tenderness of this tri-tip, I coat it with a Santa Maria-style dry rub (smoked salt, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, cayenne) and BBQ to Med rare. We slice it thin which can be eaten as-is or used on a bun with coleslaw.

Fantastic

The first one we had, my first bite I looked at my husband and said that is so clean. Let me explain, we have a lovely meat market in town that has great tri-tip.
So we get bootheel7 tri-tip, seasoned it the exact same way ( black truffle sea salt and pepper), grilled the same charcoal and apple wood. Bootheel7 tasted far more cleaner and tastier. Leaner not as much silver skin/ grizzle. The other thing I noticed was defrosted right out of packaging was it had an almost purple hue. Like fresh elk meat.

The best smoked tri tip ever!

We purchased a tri tip from Bootheel 7 and smoked it on our smoker. It turned out absolutely amazing. The smoker enhanced the already incredible flavor of this ranch’s meat and it was sooo tender and juicy. We will order again and you should too!
