Welcome to Bootheel 7 Ranch! We are happy you are here.
We are a 4th generation ranching family offering humanely-raised beef directly from our pastures to your plate.
Our ranch is blessed with healthy animals, robust, nutrient-rich grassland...and perhaps now more than ever, the great privilege of feeding and nourishing families across the US.
When you care about where your food comes from and how it was raised - but also know how a great steak should taste - you've come to the right place.
After you select the individual cuts, sampler, or cow share that works best for you (see our 'Shop' page), you will be asked how you'd like to receive your order at checkout. We currently offer:
• Shipping
• Home Delivery
Shipping: We ship nationwide every MONDAY using dry ice and insulated liners so your order stays frozen! UPS delivery is 1-2 days depending on your location.
Home Delivery: If you live along the Front Range, we offer home delivery to your neighborhood on the same day every month (for example if you live in Denver, delivery is the 4th Wednesday of every month). Orders over $50 can be delivered right to your front door for a $7 delivery fee. Simply order online, leave a cooler on your front porch, and we'll text you once it arrives! Order deadline is 3:00pm the afternoon before delivery.
*All beef arrives frozen - individually labeled, vacuum sealed, and ready for your freezer!
From birth to butcher, our practices reflect the highest level of respect for our animals and our land. We are organically minded and utilize sustainable resources whenever possible, including spent grains from local Colorado breweries.
Had tasteless beef in the past? Not at our ranch! We ultrasound our herd prior to butchering to ensure you only receive high-choice or prime grade meat. Our standard 21-day dry age ensures tender, flavorful beef every time.
We are a 4th generation ranching family with over 100 years experience raising beef - it's all we do! With half our family at the ranch and half in the city, we personally oversee every step of the process. It's likely you'll even see our kiddos 'working' delivery day, too!
Simply put, we are not a hobby farm. Our experience, 100-year old herd genetics, and reputation around these parts prove that good things take time. This is a way of life for us, and there are no shortcuts in doing things the right way.
