Had tasteless beef in the past? Not at our ranch! We ultrasound our herd prior to butchering to ensure you only receive high-choice or prime grade meat. Our standard 21-day dry age ensures tender, flavorful beef every time!
We are a 4th generation ranching family with over 100 years experience raising beef - it's all we do! With half our family at the ranch and half in the city, we personally oversee every step of the process (it's likely you'll even see our kiddos 'working' delivery day, too!)
