Halloween (or anytime) Chili

We call this Halloween Chili because it's perfect for the cool weather that always seems to blow in right around that holiday, but the truth is we make it throughout the winter!  (And sometimes even in the summer.). Serve with Fritos (this is a must!), sour cream, cheese, and green onion to taste!
  • 2lbs of B7R Ground Beef (or 1lb of GB and 1lb of chopped Fajita)

  • 1 onion

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 2, 15 ounce canned of beans of choice

  • 2 ,15 ounce canned diced tomatoes

  • 1, 6 ounce can of tomato paste

  • 1 Coors original (Your ranchers choice!)

  • 1, 16 ounce of B7R bone broth 

  • Chugwater Chili seasoning (a Wyoming based company we love, check them outHERE)


Brown ground beef and/or chopped fajita meat. Chop onion, red pepper, jalapeno, garlic and sauté in a separate pan. Once cooked, mix in with the browned beef. Once beef and vegetables are mixed, add Chugwater chili seasoning to taste and mix.  Add beans (including juice), diced tomatoes, tomato paste, a full can of Coors original, and 8 ounces of bone broth. Mix all together, cover and simmer for 3 hours stirring every 20-30 minutes.
