Wagyu beef is famous for its intense marbling, unparalleled tenderness and mild but delicious flavor. To achieve these characteristics, Brush Creek closely follows Japanese methodology to raising cattle. Traditionally, these cattle are housed in an extremely low-stress environment. By reducing physical stress, the marbling is improved and the meat stays exceedingly tender. 

For over one hundred years, this cattle was known as the "Emperor’s Breed" and was only available in Japan. Raised on Wyoming land, these briskets from The Farm at Brush Creek offer B7R customers an exceptional dining experience.

How many adjectives are there for AMAZING

The Wagyu brisket was a revelation, a symphony of flavors and textures that danced across the palate. Incredible Brisket!!!

We had family in town and I picked one of these up in advance. So delicious! I will get heckled for this, but I forgot to put it on the smoker the night before for low and slow so had to do it a little hotter and faster. Got a 14lb done in 8hrs on the Traeger and it may have been the best brisket we've ever had. 4hrs of smoke at 325 and then a crutch wrap for another four at 250 plus a rest. Will definitely be buying more of these!
