Directions
In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Pour marinade into a large ziplock bag with B7R Round Steak. Lay flat and marinate in the fridge for 2-3 days, flipping occasionally.
When ready to prepare meal, slice round steak into thin strip, cutting diagonally across the grain. Slice onions and peppers into strips as well.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to non-stick skillet on medium/high heat. Cook onions and peppers about 3-4 minutes until softened, then set aside.
Add round steak strips to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return onions and peppers to skillet, and cook another minute.
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla and top with desired toppings. Fold up the sides of the tortilla and enjoy!
