Trisket!

Love that there is a fat cap on these tri-tips to cook them like a brisket. Great size

We enjoy this more than steak!

Love the flavor and tenderness of this tri-tip, I coat it with a Santa Maria-style dry rub (smoked salt, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, brown sugar, paprika, cayenne) and BBQ to Med rare. We slice it thin which can be eaten as-is or used on a bun with coleslaw.

Fantastic

The first one we had, my first bite I looked at my husband and said that is so clean. Let me explain, we have a lovely meat market in town that has great tri-tip.
So we get bootheel7 tri-tip, seasoned it the exact same way ( black truffle sea salt and pepper), grilled the same charcoal and apple wood. Bootheel7 tasted far more cleaner and tastier. Leaner not as much silver skin/ grizzle. The other thing I noticed was defrosted right out of packaging was it had an almost purple hue. Like fresh elk meat.
