Our Beef

Our black angus cattle are born and pasture-raised right here at the ranch! From birth on, they live happy lives grazing on grass out in the open sunshine. 

Our beef is always hormone, antibiotic, and pesticide free. 

Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure the best possible flavor before being cut to your custom specifications. All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and labeled in BPA-free packaging.

Our ranching practices, from birth to butcher, reflect the highest levels of respect for our animals and our land. We’ve learned a thing or two in our 100 years of experience; our system produces happy, healthy beef, which in turns produces tender and flavorful meat. After all, we feed this to our family, too!
